                              RESOLUTION NO. 21439
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
                 LEASE AGREEMENT WITH RIVERVALLEY PARTNERS,
                 INC., RELATIVE TO THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA
                 LEASING "THE TENT SITE" AT ROSS'S LANDING PARK
                 AND PLAZA FOR A PERIOD BEGINNING JULY 1, 1997
                 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2000.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of a Lease Agreement with RiverValley Partners, Inc.,
       relative to the City of Chattanooga leasing "the tent site" at
       Ross's Landing Park and Plaza for a period beginning July 1, 1997 

       through June 30, 2000.
      
       ADOPTED:	 July 1, 1997
